I am currently changing my rear diff ( Pouring Rain) lol. Cost me 22.00 for 70w 140 x2 Bottles. I'll take a couple pics for fun and post em. It was pretty dirty and needed to be done. As for the T-case...no clue..I'll probably do it myself as well. Pics on the way....

I needed a little over two qts... You may want to pick up another qt Cdaddydodge.

The t-case is easier than the differential... Just make sure that you pull the fill plug FIRST, then your drain plug.

I saw what you're talking about, it's not going to the diff though. Looks like some other sensor for something. Looks like it's hooked to the front axle shaft or something. Not sure what it's for. At least that's how it is on mine. Not sure it has anything to do with the diff.

Mine took just under 2.5 quarts in the back and around 1.5 quarts in the front.

That's what I meant lol.. It's just to the left of the diff. Connected to one of the million electrical components these new vehicles have.

Mikey, it might be the sensor that detects when its in four wheel drive, but i`m not 100% positive on that.
Maybe someone that knows for sure will chime in and tell us exactly what it is.
Orrrrr, somebody might have access to a wiring schematic of the front diff...?

Yeah hopefully someone will chime in...I'm kind of curious. If I didn't have a stupid MacBook Pro I could download the service manual, but there is NO WAY to get it on the apple setup.

Its the front axle disconnect. I can't copy the picture from the manual to post it.

MODULE-AXLE DISCONNECT-FRONT - (AXLE DISCONNECT JUMPER) 4 WAY
Pin 1 = 1 Z908 20BK = GROUND
Pin 2 = G304 20VT/DB = FRONT AXLE LOCK CONTROL
Pin 3 = F946 20PK/LG = FUSED IGNITION RUN/START CONTROL OUTPUT
Pin 4 = G303 20VT/DG = FRONT AXLE LOCK SIGNAL
