My crew cab with the 121Liter/32Gallon tank will always do it right around 3/4 full tank
Anything more or less and its either gone or barely noticable.

Do you have hill start assist? If so try shutting it off and see why happens.

Is this something that has fixed it for others?

Idk if it helps but, when I first got mine (2011) I got a ruff engine feel when the"ECO" mode came on. Now w 12k mi. that has gone away.

I also had this shake/bump when coming to a stop. I turned off the Hill Start Assist and so far it seems to have taken care of the issue.

I keep hearing that too but considering HSA has to have a number of conditions met for it to even become active that theory makes no sense. Just because its 'on' doesn't mean its working every time you come to a stop. I've experimented with the HSA on or off and it does nothing. If turning off HSA makes any difference then the HSA is not working properly and needs to be fixed.

From the manual:
HSA Activation Criteria
The following criteria must be met in order for HSA to
activate:
• Vehicle must be stopped
• Vehicle must be on a 7% or greater incline
• Gear selection matches vehicle uphill direction (i.e.,
vehicle facing uphill is in forward gear; vehicle backing
uphill is in REVERSE gear).

That makes sense. Especially since when at a stop light you already meet 2 of the 3 criteria. Now all that needs to happen is the sensor to be a little off and think you are on a 7% grade all the time. Then when it engages he feels it in the form of a shake. Does anybody know exactly what the truck does when HSA is activated? Does it just apply the brakes?

Definately try turning it off. If it works then you pinpointed it down to the HSA. Then you know it must be the incline sensor.
