Well that is something at least. I was planning on keeping my truck at least until 250 k if not more and I didn't want to be running it to the stealership to have this fixed once every 6 months.

Exhaust manifold studs,bolts have been a issue in many makes for decades. Exhaust manifold warpage also has been a big issue in many car and truck lines. It seems that the ones on these Hemis for the most part have been taken care of. They went to a higher grade bolt to correct the issue.
It seems some of the same ones keep having issues. Almost sounds like a install problem for some reason. I was in a shop last week and saw a late model Chevy truck with a 6.0 and 100,000 plus on it getting UPDATED manifolds and studs.
