I put a set of the NAPA Adaptive 1's on my truck. I like them. Absolutely no visible brake dust on my fake chrome rims.... No noise and they stop great too. I'd do them again.

Napa Adaptive 1`s, or the Napa Ultra`s, both kick ***...!
I believe the Adaptive 1`s are ceramic, the Ultra`s are mettalic.
Ceramic has less dust issues, mettalic has better stopping power.

Squeaking just in reverse...? How many miles on your truck...? Bigger tires are always harder on your braking.
If its more like a constant squeal, i`d say possible pads, but if its a squeak, might be a dry/worn u-joint..?

Kinda hard to diagnois over the internet.
Can you possibly post a video...?

Organic pads, and change them when you need to. Easier on rotors.

Truthfully, tires will give up, long before brake pads, when it comes to stopping. Might as well use something that is easy on the expensive parts. Cheap, organic, pads will do fine.

Thanks guys ill research those brands and see what i like best!

LU, it has about 28,000, i guess i notice it most when im starting to reverse but it also happens anytime imma bout to take off from a dead stop forward or reverse. When i start to release the break it kinda feels like it wants to take off and the brakes are having a hard time controlling it if that makes any sense. But its not a constant noise. Ill probably take it to the dealer to check it out when i get some free time, but the stopping power feels like its still good.

I thought newer ceramic pads are now the equal of semi-metallic pads? I know early on there were complaints of poor bite at initial braking, but I thought that was solved.

Not that I've seen. Ceramics work great once they are warmed up, but cold performance is not good.
