2012 ram 1500 work truck

My new work truck, traded up for a newer model. Definitely needs some rims and tires nxt. . Really wanting 22" with 37" tires But not sure how much modifying the fenders need with that. just about to install a 2.5" suspension lift/level kit i got a few days ago. Anyone out there done a setup with those sizes?
