Just my two cents on a trick cover with a purpose:Almost immediately afer the purchase of my 09, i bought a mag-hytec cover with a quart increased capacity and it looks similar to the one you posted, 90 k no leaks, a drain plug, both dealers ive used between Ny and Nevada have praised it, and no diff issues to date, maybe the extra capacity is what these diffs need?Great product.Ialso use the deep mag-hytec tranny pan.Now watch tomorrow my drivveshaft fall out from me opening my big mouth, lol.
Uhhh yeahhhh, careful of speakin to loudly about it, you might jinx yourself...lol.

LU, Keg97 is talking about PML covers. The are a local company to me and I've spoken to them directly and they are very helpful. Here is a link to their covers with prices. They do have a disclaimer about the clearances with the sway bar.

If Keg97 has a ZF axle and he installed it without issues then that's the answer.

Your measurements are different then what I got on mine. Panhard bar was 3 1/2" on mine, and the sway bar was 3 3/8". Wonder what the difference would be?

Correct, if it's tight just sitting there, I'm pretty sure it will get tighter with movement. Great point, thanks.
