How does the lemon law read in your state? You've had it to the dealer 3 times for the same issue and they have yet to fix it, maybe you can threaten or enact the lemon law? It sounds like you're not happy with your Ram and maybe this would be a way to get out of it (or at least get it fixed finally).

I will admit I've never looked in to the lemon law or tried to use it so I really have no idea if it's even an option in your situation or if it only deals with major mechanical issues.
