My 2012 truck had antispin diff and thought it would be a deal breaker to not have one I asked for it when I bought my 2014 and thougnt I got it but when I got my build sheet it is not equipped with it . I was mad at first but this winter we had lots of snow and my truck was a champ.the traction control did a very good job of controlling wheel spin and giving traction when needed.

I agree with Postal. My 2003 had anti spin and I didn't really notice much of a difference when on a slippery surface. Both my 2003 and my 2012 (with traction control) would spin on my driveway (even on the flat section) if there was any snow in front of the wheels. I find the auto 4x4 to be more useful than anti slip. I used to think it was a dealbreaker too but now not so much.

x3....Had both, and I can easily live without it. There are a few times where it would have been useful to minimize wheel spin but I have gone through this whole winter without needing it.
