What grade for exhaust manifold bolt?
No question this is a warranty repair. I personally have looked at four vehicles I diagnosed with the problem while still within powertrain warranty and advised them go to dealer. In each case, it was repaired for free.
Only reason I had to fix my Grand Cherokee myself is because I was outside my 7/70 warranty period.
I'd drop DodgeCares a PM and find out if there is a procedure for reporting dealers who refuse warranty service, if'n I were you...

I'm not saying any of you guys are wrong. I'm just telling you what two different dealers in two different cities, where I live told me. They said it was not covered under power train, or emissions warranty. Doesn't matter now because I fixed it. Just a heads up, if you need parts buy them from Mopar. Dealer cost on that manifold gasket was over $50 I think it was $17 on Mopar.com
