OEM Auxiliary Switches

OEM Auxiliary Switches
For those of you who have done this install, was there an existing plug clipped to the blank panel that you removed? I have a 2011 Outdoorsman and found this attached to the blank RAM panel.
Any clues? I hope it is a power source to run power to the switches. Looks like the same plug needed.

One thought was it may be for the 110V plug that my truck didn't come with, but I think that switch is in the upper panel. Anyone what would be in the lower panel as an option? another thought was seat heaters, but there are only 3 wires...I assume one 12v, one ground and one accessory.
Anyone...anyone... Bueller?

Just some friendly advice from an electrical engineer. Even if you figure out the wiring source, you will find out that it most likely comes from the TIPM. Now, the TIPM sometimes uses fused outputs and sometimes it does not. It's really easy to blow a TIPM if you accidentaly short something or even get a voltage spike. Just read the posts from guys that have blown TIPMs messing with their headlights.
I used to design electrical interfaces for fighter jet systems and as trivial as they may seem, we used to spend a lot of time with them. Special receivers to match the drivers, switch de-bouncers, specified capacitance wiring, inductive filtering, etc...
If you want to be safe, run a fused source from the battery to where you need it, should be fairly easy to get a harness to the spot you are looking at.

I was thinking about pulling the keyed power from the left 12v aux plug and constant 12v power from the right one. If I fused them before the aux panel do you think that would work. I was going to power any optional equipment with relays with source power from the battery. I assume the 12v plugs are already fused from their source.

Select "power outlets" and look at the wiring diagrams and for the connector details such as location and wiring color scheme select "connectors", it's all there.
