I have a 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab BIg Horn and need a low profile replacement for the OEM shark fin antenna on the back of the roof. I need to meet a 6'4" clearance requirement for a parking garage. I have UConnect and Sat, but not navigation.

The garage is not that low once inside, but there are a couple areas in the garage with low clearance. It is the lowest I have seen in the area.

I have 09 ram with uconnect, sat radio and navigation and it uses a flat antenna, not sure why one from an older years wouldnt work for you. Never did understand that shark fin thing

 

Were you able to switch it out - I have the exact same issue 2015 Ram 1500 needing to clear a 6’4 garage ceiling.
