Default Key Fob

Hello, I'm new here and looking for some advice. All the sudden my Key Fobs stopped working this morning. I changed the battery out in one fob but still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or where to start? Thanks in advance

This truck was purchased through Ford 11 days ago. Needless to say, yesterday was a very stressful day trying to figure out the problem which never happened. I talked to the salesman about the issue as well as other issues that haven't scheduled yet. He said, the Service Manager would contact me today about the problem. Not holding my breath.
