Default Clank noise from front end when stopping

So I have almost 4K miles on my 17 ram 1500 4x4
i just started to hear this noise when I stop.
If you turn the wheel all the way to right and stop it makes the noise . One single clank . Shift to reverse start rolling then hit brake and clank again. Back to foward start rolling hit brake clank again . Does it only once after changing direction and hitting brake for first time.
is louder on the driver side wheel so I assume it's on that side
Heres a link to you tube video
thanks

Take it to the dealer, take someone for a ride, show them what it is doing. Let warranty fix it.

Problem is that it doesn't do it 100% of the time
when the teenager mechanic does a test drive I'm sure they will give the big ol can not duplicate result

Hi Jh1982jh,

If you end up deciding to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to offer assistance if needed, just send us a PM with your VIN and let me know. Also, echoing @HeyYou's post, we would recommend going on a test drive with a service technician or advisor in the vehicle with you. Then you can try to demonstrate the concern you are experiencing for them.

I'm going to bring it to dealer but was hoping somebody else had the same issue and I could pinpoint the problem before I bring it
I've never had good luck when it comes to warranty with dealers
they are very quick to say can't duplicate after having your truck for a week
just trying to save myself the hassle

That is why YOU take someone out for a ride, and SHOW them what is going on.

Did that already with a previous truck
guy came ride with me and experienced th problem
a week later they said my truck was ready and when I picked up truck the they told me could not duplicate it anymore
when I asked about the mechanic who came ride me they said he's just an oil change guy and that's all they had available to go that day
not trying to be a pain in the a$$
ive just had some bad experiences with dealers

Then what is the point of buying a new vehicle with a warranty?

I had that same problem, I looked under the truck and the rubber bushing on my sway arm bracket had worn off. I replaced it myself in a couple of minutes and problem solved.
