My truck is a 2009 Ram Quad cab, 4x4 with the 5.7 engine. I have replaced both exhaust headers twice due to warping. First replace was warranty on a recall.
I have heard from the shop that this is an ongoing problem with the hemi engines.
Does Dodge have a recommended replacement for the headers, I've used only OEM parts.
Expensive fix every time.

 

Might consider going to a set of aftermarket shorty headers. They are direct bolt in, and *shouldn't* have the bolt breaking problem common to the hemi's.......
