Angry Overheating saga continues

So my 09 ram 1500 4.7 if you search my threads you'll see my issues.
With my overheating I have no as I see ah ha moments pointing to a head gasket. Here are my previous finding and symptoms as I was pulling a uhaul trailer my truck started overheating the light came on and i pulled over to a safe location and shut it down 2 min max indicator showed 235' started spitting out my coolant initial thought was thermostat changed it started down the road problem reoccurred had to run and coast to get to a pull off heater on high temps got to 230 when i shut it down it started running really rough when I shut it down it did not want to start just turned over I saw the top radiator hose was sucked completely flat. thinking and with suggestions thermostat may have been put in reversed so I checked it nope was correct so I just pulled it thinking it could be a bad unit. to get it home finally had to tow it home and with a friend believing it may have trapped air drove it around and seemed to maintain temp of 200/205 little higher than it normally runs but not overheating drove it to work and it started over heating so back to the fun and coast routine once I got there it would not start later that day tried for 3 days would just crank over would not start finally had it towed to my house after day 3 then it started ever since then it runs a little rough but nothing major. The codes that have occurred from the start are low coolant P0117 and P0307 cyl 7 misfire

So here is the latest question and scenario I need your expert opinions on I just did a flush of the heater core back and forth 5 times got a teaspoon of grit nothing major had one larger piece about the size of a dime looks like a piece of balloon (was going to photo it but dropped it and couldn't find it) so once that was dont I put in the bottle of prestone flush in the system after reading the bottle of Blue devil headgasket sealer said to let the engine idle for 50 min and I need to let it idle for 10 min for the flush so I was just seeing how long it will idle before it heats up. It idled for 1 hour got only to 170 on the dash display turned off the heater and it rose to 200 so I shut it off checked to radiator cap cold as the outside temp try to turn it just to test it and it started to vent water the top hose was cold also bottom hose hot head at the bleeder screw hot being the rebel I am i turn the bottom radiator drain plug very little water but was cold to the touch yeah I stupid i felt it. After doing this the top hose get hot as the lower almost instantly when I went back to the drain plug as I opened it a little it vented air. then nothing not even a drip obviously has debris in the drain. Reminder from other posts no water in the oil no white smoke from the pipes no water on the ground no squealing from the water pump water does not pump from the cap when its off. And I'm about to run out of hair to pull out PLEASE help so with that said

Questions as of now
1. Since the block tester fluid turned a lighter shade of blue (pictures on a previous post) does it anyone still feel its a head gasket?
2. Why would both hoses not be steaming hot after idling over an hour and one is cold
3. Why would the cap be ice cold and full of water

has anyone ever used any stop leak in your cooling system? Ever had it serviced somewhere that you couldn't see what they were doing? It begins to sound like the radiator is partially clogged.....

I've had it since 2013 never had a heat, oil, or any fluid leak at all and definitely no stop leak since i've owned it i flushed out the cleaner today the lower drain still is pretty slow is that normal still not 100% sure which i=of these lines is the inlet to the heater core the lowest hose in this shot is the top hose going into the fire wall

In my experience, the radiator drains are for the VERY patient.......

Did you also open the radiator? If no air is going in, no liquid is coming out.

By now, you've made so many changes it's hard to pin down your problem. Take it to a radiator shop and let them figure it out. Most of those guys have seen it all.

Coldsteel I have looked into the fill cap but have not opened the radiator itself do not feel that is something I would do I would have the shop do that seems easy enough but don't trust the final seal I my screw up

Pedro Dog I really haven't changed much just flush and fill and checked components just nothing seems to fit my issues Clutch fan seems good pump seems to be moving water my concern now is clogged radiator or the head gasket but the head gasket just isn't giving any indicators that you seem to see with a failure no pressure from the cap no smoke out the pipe ran over an hour at idle no heating issue but the oses didn't disperse heat as they should so I'm not really interested in changing parts just to trouble shoot but that seems to be where I'm headed

It's a sealed system and it can be tested for leaks with a machine. After it runs, leaks from head gaskets make their way to the coolant, they have a test for this. Just saying....
