Is it not getting a reading from one tire? Or all of them?

Typically TPMS sensor batteries (non-replaceable) are only rated to last 6-10 years. With yours being a 2010 and assuming you've never replaced the sensors, you're about due for new sensors.

A TPMS activation/programming tool should be able to confirm the battery voltage and whether or not the sensor is faulty.
