Truck sluggish after throttle body cleaning
Hello , new to the dodge family . Just bought a dodge ram 2500 4x4 5.7 hemi . I got the oil changed to synthetic , while i was there they said you need to run mid grade for this enine and your throttle body needs to be cleaned . I asked on a truck with 14k on it ? He said yes , told them to go ahead because I pull a big pressure washing rig . I work my truck but I also take good care of my vehicles. After leaving dodge , all was good unroll about 5 miles , engine light comes on and truck felt sluggish, so I turn around and they fixed it in 5 min. The truck feels very sluggish now and poor throttle response. Any ideas on what could have happened ? Is there anything I can do ? Thx for any help

My initial guess was going to be that they didn't get the intake air tube properly connected to the throttle body, but that was probably what they fixed during their 5 minute attempted fix.
Do you know if they removed the throttle body to clean it or if they cleaned in place? If they removed the throttle body to clean it, they probably failed to get a vacuum hose, intake air tube, or MAF sensor reconnected properly. If they cleaned in place, they may have missed one of the items just mentioned or they may have sprayed so much cleaner down the intake that one or more spark plugs may be fouled. Either way, it should be up to them to fix it correctly at no additional monetary cost to you.
