Default Headlight swapping

Without pulling out headlight to check, can you replace dual (high/low same bulb) with quad headlights without any other problems. I've got 2012 tradesman and want to upgrade to better better lights. Any one know

Not without replacing the housings. You can’t magically make single bulb housing into dual bulb housings.

Yes, the wiring is going to be different. Instead of one bulb socket, you will have two, on each side. There may be adapter harnesses available.... or, you may be able to put your own together.
