Default engine rough under load

Have a 2011 Ram with 5.7 Hemi. Engine runs rough under load, idles and cruizes smooth. Auto parts store codes showP303, P1524, and P0113. (#3 misfire, intake manifold temp and inconsistent oil pressure with cam sensor shout down) Dealer says 2,500 to 5,000 to fix the engine. 120,000 miles. Any suggestions?

When is the last time you did an oil change, and what oil did you put in? (and, what oil does the engine call for.....)

PCM is seeing a high voltage return on the IAT sensor. Need to find out why. Probably a short somewhere.

Fix the other two first, see if the misfire code goes away.

Have done regular oil chafes, either at the dealer or at firestone, assuming they used recommended oil.Dealer swapped coils around, so that is not the cause of the misfire. Would have to check records to see when plugs were last replaced. Oil changes and service were done by dealer up to 100,000 miles

Bad lifter / cam.....If you can't fix it yourself, prepare to open your wallet.

Default Engine rough under load

I have a 2011 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Truck has 120,000 miles. Engine runs ok cruising, but with the slightest load, runs rough and creates check engine light. Codes indicate incorrect intake temp, miss fire # 3, and inconsistent oil pressure. Dealr say 2,500 to 5,00 to repair. Any ideas?

Could look inside cylinder 3 with a bore scope, see if it dropped a valve seat, or something equally as expensive.
