Default coolant

i have a 2015 ram 1500 , can i use zerex g-05 coolant in it . the book says to use oat nothing about hoat ... thanks ,tim

if you mix hoat and oat coolants they gell. you will need to flush the system 3x to completely clean it out. do not use anything but factory oat coolant. its life is 10years 150 000miles. mixing the wrong stuff will also reduce the life of the corrosion inhibitors. if you get concentrated coolant do not mix with tap water...distilled or de-ionized only....tap water will form scale in the system.
