2010 dodge ram 1500 slt quad cab on Saturday nov2 2018 when I started my truck wipers started automatically and wont go off unless I pull the fuse horn wont work driver and pass windows wont work power locks wont work 4 wheel drive wont work radio wont work indicators wont work interior lights wont work when door is opened all gauges not working tach and speedo not working> would this code P0562 cause these problems

 

That's a low voltage code. So, yes, that will cause all sorts of problems.
