Default Which tunner/programmer is best???

Hello all, I was looking into getting my 5.7 hemi to come to life a bit more, can anyone tell me if they have experience with the Pulsar 32451 tuner that bolts on directly to the trucks PCM? Or any other recommendations? I'm looking for better throttle response to take that delay out and get better fuel mileage. TIA

Of course all the reviews are glowing...... Which I trust about as far as I can throw them....... An interesting idea, but, I can find zero information for any 'real world' testing.
