Snake oil. 60 horsepower? 8 mpg increase? From a 'chip' with TWO wires? Not a farking chance. It's marketing hype. 90! MPH in just 60 feet!!! Yeah, right. Their testimonials are a load of horse hockey.

I am going to bet that it installs inline with the Intake air temp sensor, and just fools the computer into thinking the air charge is cooler than it really is, so, the PCM will add more fuel. Only problem with that is, the O2 sensor will see a rich condition, and the PCM will then pull fuel. Net affect? Not a darn thing.

Lies and Hype. The only way that will make your truck faster/better gas mileage, is by lightening your wallet.
