Default p0203 and p0303 codes

Threw these codes... truck vibrates and low rough idle... I’ve read about the codes but cant figure out which one is number 3...but yesterday i noticed my air box wasn’t connected to the throttle body... inspected on 7/13 and I haven’t opened hood since... could this be a huge problem beyond the codes?? Thanks 1500 bighorn 3.6 vvt

A misfire is a symptom of another problem. The P0203 is the one you wanna chase. That's for Cylinder 3 injector circuit malfunction. So, go to your local parts store, beg/borrow/buy/rent their noid light kit, and see if the PCM is actually attempting to control that injector. (with the V-6, it's the middle cylinder on the drivers side.) If the PCM is controlling the injector (noid light blinks), check the resistance of the injector. See what ya get. If it isn't, chase the wiring to verify it is good.

Another option would be to swap injectors on 1 and 3, and see if the misfire follows the injector.

The P0303 code is a result of the P0203, fix the injector problem, the misfire problem will likely go away.

That code is for the injector circuit. Swap the injector on cylinder 2 with cylinder 4. See if the miss moves with the injector.

Are you getting a P0203 or a P0302? The reason I ask for clarification is because that code would not cause a person to start with plugs and coils, however a P0302 would be logical for a plug/coil issue.
