Angry 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L wont start after computer update

I took my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L in yesterday for a computer update and a recall on the tail gate. The truck ran fine when I dropped it off, when I picked it up there was a check engine light on. I told them about it and they reset the check engine light. Then the truck would not start. They checked the codes and got P1206 and told me I need a new fuel pump. They ran a check on it initially dropping off and there were no issues. I looked up the code and it states that it is the injector circuit open/shorted cylinder #6. I don't believe that is the fuel pump and that something happened when they did the update. Any suggestions they are trying to make me pay out of pocket to fix it.

Point out to them that it wasn't doing that when it came in, now it is. They did something that broke it, they should be responsible to fix it. And no, an injector circuit code has nothing to do with the fuel pump. Ask for a tech that actually knows what he is doing. See if they have one.

Check the injector on cylinder 6, and make sure it is plugged in good.
