Default Multiple misfires...variable everytime its diagnosed...

I have a 2011 ram 2500, 5.7 hemi....engine light came on and runs rough....had it diagnosed three seperate times...each time it showed different cylinder misfires....never the same cylinders doing so....replaced plugs, camshaft and crankshaft sensors, and also replaced coil pack over cylinder 3, which is where the initial diagnosis read the misfure....still have the problem....and like i said above every diagnostic reads a different cylinder or cylinders misfiring....took it to a mechanic, was told the camshaft lobes are warn...not sure i agree...showed me no proof of that....any thougjts would be appreciated....

How is fuel pressure? What plugs are in the truck now? What brand sensors did you install?

Were the cylinders always on the same cylinder bank (such as 1, 3, and 5) or were some of the even cylinders also listed as having misfires? Were they ever accompanied with a random misfire diagnostic code (P0300)? Was there something that maybe changed right before the issue started, such as you just fueled up a day or two before, or the vehicle had been sitting for 2 months, was fine when parked but had issues when you tried to drive it again, etc.?

the misfire had showed P0300....misfires were registering on both banks....don't recall if it happened after anything specific like a fill up.....but truck definitelt wasn't sitting for any period of time....it was my daily driver until this issue.....

So just to be clear, you were getting individual cylinder misfire codes (P030x) in addition to the random misfire code (P0300), and the P030x codes listed both even and odd cylinders and were not consistent? Or did you only ever get the P0300 code?

thats correct....odd and even in addition to P0300....I'm currently checking the oil for shavings...and preparing to pull the valve covers to check my lifters....believe the roller bearing on them are shot....my research has shown this to be a issue in under load misfire....as all the symptoms seem to lead in that direction....

What plugs did you install? How is your fuel pressure? How many miles on it? Still the original O2 sensors? Any mods on the truck? Bigger tires, that kind of thing?
