Still has original o2 sensor has 97000 miles 285/70r17 on it .....no mods....oem plugs....what do you got for me.....

MDS Engine? Are you misfires on the cylinders that get deactivated? How about a compression test? Rather strange that after changing all that, you are still getting misfires...... What do fuel trims look like?
