Cylinder head question

I need to get a cylinder head for my 2016 Ram 1500. I found a head (# 53021616DE) which is on the head currently on my truck but When I run the vin it comes up # 68280502AE what is the difference other than the price?

I show the first number to fit up to 2015, second number '16 and newer. No idea what the difference is though.....
