I have a hissing noise coming from my passenger side dash in my 2011 Dodge Ram. It goes on and off while the truck is moving could anyone tell me what it is?

Need more info does it do it when driving or stopped? Does it change with ac on and recirculate turned on vs off? If so it’s probably your recirculate door. My 13 is annoying with the fan shut completely off or AC on max because it closes the recirculate door in both instances and it makes all kinds of noise hissing and whistling because the recirculate door leaks mine does it on and off at various times even when recirculate is turned off because the truck will automatically decide it needs it. I just kick it on and back off again and it will stop
