Is that a van, or a truck?

I'd use a dial indicator gauge and check the rotors, front and rear, for run out. Perhaps one of the front rotors you put on has some gookie stuff )<---fancy technical term) like finger prints with grease or is sightly warped.

Another route to go is to find a reputable place that still can turn rotors and have them checked to see if they run true. If they are out of spec, take them back to the store and exchange them for ones that are. If that's not possible and they're just a hair off, have them turned true.

I've had this happen on more than one occasion on the 3rd gen 1500 I had. I learned that it's worth paying more for quality than saving a few bucks with whatever the parts guy/gal hands you.

I routinely turned new rotors prior to installation. All it takes is a couple tenths, and you get a pulsation, and I hated doing a job twice.

It isn't that the parts are defective, more that they have sat on the shelf too long. Or were stored improperly. It doesn't take much to make your brake pedal feel like trampoline.

Wow, that's a big order. What are you working on? What's the problem? As for web pages, you'll need to go to a forum for web issues. If it's a truck, we can help but we need to know the problem.
