Question Possible alignment issue 2011 dodge ram 1500 5.7L ST

About a month and a a half ago i decided to buy a new set of tires, all 4 wheels. The shop i bought the tires from provided me with a free alignment. I went to a separate facility for the alignment, but they said they could not loosen the tie rod nut. No problem, i thought. ill just reschedule after having a mechanic take care of that. Well, it turns out that the tie rod was bent. I have no idea if that was a result of wear on my part or the facility trying to loosen the nut. No biggie, i just ended up having the mechanic replace the inner and outer tie rods on the driver and passenger side. Schedule my alignment and they tell me all is good to go!

Except, apparently, all was not good. my steering wheel was tilted more to the left than when i took it to them. Originally, it was a very very slight tilt, barely noticeable and i've had no issues with it since i bought this truck in 2018 and have had several alignments done since. After the alignment from this shop, the steering wheel was definitely noticeable. I did end up turning right back around within 5 minute of driving like that to bring the issue to their attention. Both the sales person and the alignment tech came out to assure me oh, don't worry about that, its fine.

So, three weeks later i am noticing odd steering issues. truck keeps pulling either to left or right in sharp turns and on wet roads, it feels like i am hydroplaning. What the hell? No way its my tires! Brand new! new tie rods. new alignment!
I took it to my mechanic and he showed me that both my front tires were worn bald on the inside. Bald. on 4 week tires. with new tie rods and alignment. The shop i bought the tires from is gonna take care of replacing the front tires for me.

What i am here for is.... What can i do to make sure my next alignment is absolutely not gonna ruin a new set of tires? I am attaching a pic that the alignment tech gave me of the before and after alignment snapshots.

After i talked to the guy about new replacement tires, i went to a dodge dealership to ask them about alignments for my dodge truck. Because, surely a dodge dealership would be familiar with alignment issues. And he mentioned something about possibly needing camber adjusters to prevent the issue he's seeing in the picture i showed him.

Are these camber adjusters something i can install myself or does the alignment tech do it? Are these camber adjusters actually necessary? and, if they are necessary, why was my truck sold to me without them?

Anyway, the picture is attached of the alignment done from the tire shop. I would appreciate any thoughts, insight or advice on how to prevent this happening again. I apologize for the long read and thank you for taking the time to read!

Looks to me like camber is out of spec....... and they let it go like that??

Of course, they don't say just what 'spec' is either.....

Camber readings are not good, But where is the caster readings? I just see camber and Toe readings.
