Default Fuel gauge issues

My 2016 Ram 3500 SRW fuel gauge only reads 3/4 full after top off.
I've driven approx. 150 miles and its below 1/4 tank.
It usual take 8 to 15 gallons to top off when it gets this low on the gauge, 25 or 26 gallon tank.
At different times the gauge reads all over the place.
I have an extended warranty, have taken to the dealer and they say it isn't throwing codes so they can't just replace parts.
I believe its the fuel sending unit.
I really don't know what to say to the dealer, seems like they need some coaching or something.
I just ben keeping it topped off.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Paul

Dodge has had some problems with the float units. I replace a lot of them. Warranty does need a reason to replace the float unit. I would contact customer support center and ask for help.

Indeed, I don't think the gas gauge will EVER throw a code......
