Default Help Please! Ram Truck with Problems No One Can Figure Out

Hello everyone. I own a 2011 Dodge Ram 4x4 Hemi. Truck has been great to me until 2 issues occurred and no one has been able to solve them. My first issue is when I get the truck over 50mph and take my foot of the gas I can no longer push the gas until it drops back to 50mph I lose all power with no response. For example if I'm doing 70 on the highway and immediately take my foot off the gas and try to push then try to resume speed again I cant get any acceleration until the truck drops down to 50mph. Problem originally started while driving on the highway and the truck would shake immensely while driving around 75mph. Not a tire or balance issue the truck was shaking like it may have been transmission problems or something. I've been to multiple mechanics at this point but still no fix. They've changed the tranny a couple time now, the computer and some sensors. The last mechanic I saw seems to think the computer the other mechanic put in is no good. The truck also doesn't run anywhere near the same it has no power and it wont go over 3000rpm ever.

2nd issue is my ac. My ac works great at times then after awhile it starts to blow hot air. The only way to get it to blow cold again is to turn the truck off then turn it back on.

If theres anyone that can help that would be great I've been dealing with thee issues for about 3yrs now and these mechanics are just experimenting trying to figure it out and costing me a ton

I would start by removing any carpet from the area of the gas pedal, . Then check the throttle cable if you have one and make sure its not binding up. And then I would scan the truck for temp senor or blend door codes. You could be low on Freon or a temp sensor on the fin in the A?C box. Then have the A/C system serviced.
