2015 no start, no crank

2015 no start, no crank
I have a 2015 and when I put the fob in the ignition all I get on the dash is a red door open picture and milage and nothing else and will not crank over, any suggestions

I got it from my son in law ,it was running when he had it and than it sat for a while at the body shop and then he brought back to his house and I bought it from him . I went to start it and nothing. people the rf hub might be bad and it's not reading the key fob
