Default B1S1 Voltage not consistent with other S1/S2

2012 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 V8 Hemi 4x4 Crew Cab
While viewing live data, I can see that the voltage on B1S1 voltage fails to range like the other O2 sensors. During WOT all voltages jump at the consistent same voltages across all sensors. My research shows this is intended and the ECU ignores O2 sensors when applying WOT. The issue comes from idle and up to and around 1500-2500k rpm before WOT is engaged. I can see all the other O2 voltages building steady with each other or in the 1.00 voltage range, except the B1S1 will drop to 0.70 and dabble around 0.0078 and fluctuate around those numbers while the others hold between 0.75 and 1.25 volts as throttle is applied.

I have a misfire on 3 and multiple misfire under WOT. One at a time I've switched the plugs, coils, and injectors and the misfire does not follow. During WOT I can often hear the multiple misfire popping out of the passenger side exhaust manifold. Manifold gasket on the passenger side looks like it's been changed by a PO, can't be tightened anymore with a socket wrench. Check Engine light is on (misfire on 3, multiple misfires) but it also blinks and dash dings during WOT.

I suspect I have a lifter/cam failure on 3 (or at least 3, maybe others), but I hate to just call it a day and make that the snap judgement when some of you might have suggestions.

Also, it's started dying while driving here and there. The whole truck shakes violently when the O2 sensor voltage drops, every time.

Compression test.

See what the numbers look like.

It won't be the O2 sensor voltage dropping that causes the truck to shake/misfire, it would be the misfire causing the O2 sensor voltage to drop.

A compression test or, even better, cylinder leakdown test, might help identify the issue since moving plugs, coils, and injectors around didn't seem to make a difference with the #3 misfire.
