02 sensor code p113d keeps coming back

PO128 Likely is just a bad thermostat.
From what I am seeing though, the other two codes mean the same thing?? Bank 1 Sensor 1, slow response. Might be tempted to change that sensor for an NTK or Denso unit.

Bosch sensor
What brand O2 sensor did you install? I think NTK or Denso is OEM, and the older trucks really don't get along well with the Bosch sensors.....
Do you have a scanner that can read live data? If so, have a look and see what that sensor is reporting. The code is for 'slow response'.... which sounds like a bosch sensor problem.... Might also be bad connection, or wiring.
