Default Trans Fluid level with bypass

Hello, all I have a 2014 ram 3500 SRW 6.7 68RFE. I just replaced the valve body with the Revmax 1inch machined one and changed thermostat for a bypass valve.
How do I check the Tran Fluid level ? FSM and internet says to start truck and let it warm up to 180 degrees and put the fluid level between the 2 HOT dots on the stick.
But with my Bypass it never gets past 145 so how do I set the level?
Any Help Is Appreciated.

Drive it. It should warm up some more.

Fluid being too cold is not quite as bad as the fluid getting too hot, but, its still bad.

Then set fluid level at the temp it seems to want to operate at.
