tranny trouble

If any one can help I would appreciate it. I have a 2014 3500 6.7. I changed out the valve body and solenoid. replaced fluid and ran the relearn. I an getting a hard shirt between 4th and 5th. Every now and then it shifts itself down to 4th and stays there. Any one know what might be my problem?
