Analog Speedo not working?
Hello all,
Got in my truck today and the analog speedometer is not working, everything else works. No check engine light? Digital speedo works. 2016 Ram 1500 Tradesman, 8 speed trans. Looks like I have to start with the VSS. Anyone have this isuue? Any input would be appreciated.

If the digital speedo is working, the VSS is also working. Do a cluster test. (I think this works on the newer trucks as well....) With ignition off, press and hold the Trip/Reset button, turn ignition On. (don't start the engine) should initiate cluster test. All lights come on, all gauges go thru a full sweep.
