Looking for a spark plug that will improve gas mileage. Also want to know if there is an engine oil that will help with gas mileage. I have seen websites stating that this is possible when it comes to your vehicle but I want to know for sure. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

 

Anyone saying their spark plugs will improve gas mileage, are lieing to you. Same goes for oil. You should already be running a synthetic oil, and that's as good as it gets. These trucks also aren't very friendly with spark plugs other than what the manufacturer recommends. That aside, the ONLY way spark plugs would improve gas mileage is if yours are simply old and worn out. Anything else is snake oil.
