Default 2018 Ram 2500 6.4, dash reads push clutch to start ..its automatic

Couple weeks ago my truck went into limp mode and I had a "service electronic throttle control" message pop up. Shut truck off.
When I started it back up, everything was fine. Figured I may have just stepped on the gas & brake at the same time. I hear that can cause this situation until it resets.
Now it did it again and when I shut the truck off, I could not restart it. Now I'm getting a message on the dash that reads "push clutch to start". its an automatic! I'm also now getting service messages pop up for just about everything. Truck wont even turn over. I've checked fuses, replaced battery, and even ordered and replaced the PCM.
Carefully checked wiring and made sure grounds were clean and tight. No change! Any body dealt with this before? No warranty so hate to tow to the dealer!

The connector for the clutch switch (which you don't have) is likely there in the wiring harness, and is generally just jumpered from the factory. Maybe it fell out??

What do you mean "jumpered" from the factory. Where would this wire be located? Up around the break pedal somewhere?
Thanks much.

The connector should be there, and likely there is just a wire stuffed into it to complete the circuit. They may have gotten fancy, and there is something that actually clips in place, don't know for sure. But yeah, it would be up around where the clutch pedal, if you had one... would be.

Couldn't find any loose wires under there. Everything seems to be intact.
Any other suggestions? Anyone?
Thanks,

Will it start if you step on the brake??? Does it make any difference at all? Do the brake lights work??

No, it will not even turn over while stepping on the brake pedal. Makes no difference.
I’ll have to check and see if the brake lights come on when I push the brake pedal. Seems all the other electronics come on except the radio is locked out.

Hopefully the radio is a separate problem.

I don't have any documentation for anything that new. Might have a chat with the dealership, see if they will let ya have a look at the service manual. That should show you exactly where the connector for the clutch switch should be hanin' out.
