Cant say its un usual to find oil in the filter. Have you cleaned or changed the PCV recently? If it rattles its probably ok. It turns into the intake lower passenger side of the throttle body.
Yeah, I did replace the PCV. But that didn't make any difference. The old one also rattled the only difference was that the spring is a little weaker in the old one so I went ahead and just replaced it anyways. Pretty cheap part

I did replace the plugs with NGK iridiums. I did not double check the gaps, but they all appeared to be about the same gap and I was having the problem before I replaced them and it continued to be a problem after they were replaced.
One thing I do notice was that when I replaced the coil packs, even with the somewhat defective ones I got from RA initially, was that the kicking was far more prominent. Before replacing the packs it was more of a light stutter and then after replacing it went into full on kicking and bucking and even throws a cylinder misfire every so often when I'm doing a heavy acceleration or heavy load, which would be when I'm pull the trailer and accelerating quickly

I would just expect more crud on the plugs if you were having and oil passing issue on one particular cylinder. You could try spraying the manifold with starting fluid at idle to see if you possibly have a vacuum leak after throttle body or at an intake seal. Did you have to do a compression test when replacing the plug?

Okay so I got some starter fluid and sprayed around a few different hoses and nothing changed. On this motor they're only appears to be like two or three vacuum line hoses that I can tell, unless there's something wrong with the plenum somewhere
Which I took the fluid and sprayed all around where I could reach and there was still no change

What does the factory want for spark plugs? Are they rare earth plugs? How many miles on the truck? How old are the O2 sensors?

If you accelerate easily, when it starts bucking, if you really get into the gas, does the bucking stop? Or get worse??

When idling will be a sputter every so often. If there is a gradual increase in acceleration, I'd say maybe 10% throttle or thereabouts, it seems to be gentle and a sputtering is noticeable but not very much. However if I give it say close to 50% throttle as soon as it hits about 1400 to 1500 RPMs it starts kicking and will be pretty bad all the way up until about 26 to 2800 RPMs and then starts to smooth out again.
This happens with or without a trailer attached, it's just a lot more noticeable with the trailer

If you go harder into the throttle does it still continue to buck??? How is your fuel pressure??

Generally speaking the harder the acceleration the harder it bucks. If I do wot off the line it will Buck pretty bad until it gets to about 3,000 and then smooth right out.

I don't know about fuel pressure but seems to me that if I went faster than 3,000 RPM then I'd be using more fuel which would require more pressure but that's when it seems to work just fine. Granted I have been wrong about other parts so, I don't know

Your assumption is correct. Higher the load/higher the RPM, more fuel required....

Why it is just in that narrow (relatively) band is puzzling..... I would suspect a mis-reporting sensor, or something similar, but, which one???? Have you tried just resetting the PCM, and see if the problem remains???? Maybe it just learned some 'bad behavior'?? Is it setting any codes??
