Default 3.6L Fuel Injector Harness Repair

Is there any way to repair the harness without cutting the wires and splicing a new one on? One of mine was a bit too brittle and the retaining clip snapped. (the black piece, not the red)

If you have the right tools, you can de-pin the broken connector, and insert the wires into a new one..... What are the "Right Tools"? Depends on who made the connector..... every body has their own.

I'm not a real fan of splicing wires either.
