Default P2228 and P1193 can't clear codes

Hi folks, new guy here, I have 2012 dodge longhorn with 6.7L cummins, I have EGR delete with mini Maxx tunner ( been on truck 8 years) I have 2 codes that I can not clear, P2228 and P1193, they refer to voltage issues on IAT/TBAP and MAP sensors, the truck is in limp mode, won't run above 1800 RPMs, excessive black smoke, no power, I have changed following sensors, IAT/TBAP, MAF, MAP ( one on air horn) IAT (one on the intake manifold) TURBO speed sensor, engine has cleared up a few time only to return to limp mode with smoking and no power.i got some possible ideas to look into off forums, I was to check IAT and MAP plugs for low volt reference, now I have 4 wire plugs on both IAT and MAP, I got 4.97v on center pins on both plugs, I know outside one is a good ground from battery, not sure what 4th wire is. When to my nearest dodge dealership (they did not want truck on property because of EGR delete) they tried to help with identify wires on plugs but after running my Vin they said I had 3 wore plugs on IAT and MAP, and colors of wires are different too, I stated I had 4 wire plugs and showed pictures, they said my PCM should be mounted on passenger side firewall, I had to tell them mine was on left lower side of engine, they said they couldn't help me, so I went to friend that has shop that has identifix software and that to showed 3 wire plugs and firewall mounted PCM. So what do I have going on here, all this is off Vin? I need to know what values I should have on wires? Do wires from plug go to PCM, I can not get continuity on none of those wires? Now what is ASD relay??? Please any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Have a scanner that can read live data? See what those sensors are reporting to the PCM./ECM.......

yes, scanner reported barometric temp volts high and MAP sensor volts low (or visa versa, not at shop now) I did volt test, I have 4 wires on both plugs for IAT/TBAP and MAP, both 2 center wires read 4.97v (?)

You can find wiring diagrams for your truck here. I am showing four wire sensors, however, with the sensor unplugged, you should only see 5 volts on ONE wire.......

Default Question of which wire

Yes, I don't know which wire should show 5v reference, on forums, they say one of those wires should be 12v but which one????

Default Wrong diagram

The diagram displayed is not what I have, my PCM I mounted on left lower side of engine, I don't understand why dealership can't find the system I have, I went off VIN, also identifix doesn't recognize it either (???????)

None of the sensors want 12 volts. They are all on the 5v bus.

Wiring diagrams will show which wire goes to what pin, and what it actually does. There is one 5 volt feed...... But, I don't remember which one it was.

Default Voltage to sensors

Why would I have 2 wires on 4 wire plug be the 4.97v that I have, where is other 4.97v coming from????
that's on both IAT/BAP and MAP sensors

I believe my problem is in IAT/TBAP and MAP sensor circuits, want to do continuity test so I can eliminate open or shorted wires but can't seem to locate them ( I assume on PCM) Is there another module or something?????
