I have a 17 Rebel with air suspension. I drive with it in aero position. Can I drive with it lowered all the way? I feel I would get better mileage in a stiff headwind.
Theoretically, "Aero" gives you the least wind resistance..... I would expect that if that air bags are only in the rear, lowering it all the way would have the rear lower than the front, and you would get higher wind resistance that way. Would it make a noticeable difference? Doubt it.
Airbags are in the front also and the truck stay level when it raises and lowers. I also wonder how much difference it makes in reality but I’m willing to find out if it’s safe to drive it in the lowest position. A four hour drive into a headwind gobbles up some gas.

A four hour drive with a tailwind gobbles up some gas.
If all the way down doesn't have the suspension sitting on the bump stops, I would expect it'd be fine for an unloaded truck.....
The Entry/Exit mode is essentially sitting on the bump stops is pretty uncomfortable at any speed above just a few miles per hour. I feel like you'd be likely to break something or damage tires if you were to drive highway speeds on the bump stops.
