My 2019 Ram Big Horn crew cab's door will lock without touching the interior switch or the key fob. Sometimes quicker than you can open the door. The interweb's consensus was a faulty driver's door master switch so I replaced it. That didn't fix the problem. It slowed it down for a few hours but now it is as bad as ever.
Any cures or thoughts?

Possibly bad key fob? The little metal disks in there that actually make contact can separate from the rubber membrane, and you get all sorts of weird behavior.
