Default Will 20s fit?

I am thinking of selling my Furd EcoBoost, and buying a Ram. I like this truck, just the wheels don't do it for me. I have 4 275/55R20 Michelins that I bought for my Ford and never mounted. So just asking will 20" wheels fit?

I haven't owned a Dodge pickup since they were square in design. Thanks for the input, maybe others will chime in. On TireRack, it seems 20" wheels are an option. Can't see why, as long as the profile of the tire fits.

As long as you have the correct profile tire for a 20" rim, you should not have any issues. Now i have 18" wheels and I bumped up 1 tire size and I get a little rub on the front on a tight turn....so do the math and make sure you are not going outside the norm's...
