Actually it will fit the hemi, but you would need to buy a intake coupler to place between the tube and tb, unlike the 3.7s and 4.7s which usefactory intake coupler. You would also need to find some way to extend your iat sensor wires to relocate the iat sensor to the back of the tube. By then it would probably cost you the same for a new intake

Actually the 3.7L 4.7L & 5.7L throttle body's all have the same OD... so you could use the same coupler... and the throttle body's are all in the same exact locations under the hood. So if it will fit a 5.7L then it will fit the 3.7L & 4.7L as well...

There is no coupler on my 3.7? The stock box, fits right over the throttle body and it gets clamped down.

I'd like to buy an airaid setup, but the company said that they didnt make one for the 2004 dodge.

So with what your selling here, all I need is an air filter? How bout brackets to hold this whole thing up?

I bought a CAI on ebay and basically got screwed. It doesnt fit very well.

I'd be all over this if I knew for sure it fit.
