how old is the filter and is it easily replaceable with a standard filter or is it a lifetime type filter. do the hose ends have some sort of grate or filter on the end to keep particles from being sucked up the hoses? How old is the unit itself? thanks.

Been trying to get my questions answered for a while now I would like this intake as well

 

The filter is washable. The hoses are open on the ends and the filter keeps things from entering the throttlebody.
