Diablosport Predator U7137 - $250
I have a Diablosport Predator U7137 v.9r12 for sale.

I used it on my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and I loved it! It also comes with the PC interface kit and vehicle power supply.

I really don't know how to show that it is unlocked... I sold my Ram and made sure I put the original tune back in the truck right before I turned the keys over to the dealership.

You can plug it into your computer via USB and should be able to go through the menu so you can show that it is unlocked. Maybe it's labeled vehicle ID or Tuner Info?
